Unit 1 - Khejarla
Spread in an area of 1, 20,000 square meters and just 2 km from fort Khejarla, this was our first plant. Over the years, we created a niche in manufacturing India's highest quality Hydrated Lime apart from the standard grade. We started with just one hydration plant, and today we have four plants dedicated only for manufacturing the best quality slaked lime.
Unit 2 - Basni Harisingh
The overwhelming customer feedback motivated us to purchase our own lime quarry and enhance our product range by adding Fine & Super Fine Mesh Quick Lime Powder, which again was first of its kind manufacturing in India. We have set up 3 Automatic plants dedicated to producing Superior quality QLP.
Unit 3, 4 & 5 - Basni Harisingh
To address the limited availability of high-purity quick lime in India and reduce reliance on imports, Sigma Minerals commissioned Three Fully Automated Kilns with advanced Italian technology, enabling the production of high-reactivity, high-purity quick lime. Further strengthening this capability, our Fourth Automated Kiln at Basni Harisingh is under commissioning and scheduled to be operational in September 2026, enhancing capacity, consistency, and supply reliability for core industries.
